I have no idea how SuperCell will ever differentiate between this built-in style emulator and any other emulator you can just go download. Microsoft has been working to bring android apps to the Microsoft Surface platform for years, they are getting very close to realizing that goal, and the heart of their technology is a very efficient android emulator built into the operating system. If, on the other hand, you are playing on a Microsoft Surface device, or a Chromebook, or some other device with a touch screen, I've heard it's just as good as playing on a supported android tablet.

Reference to the "Enforcing Fair Play" announcement in Summer 2019: Īs far as the mechanics go, playing on bluestacks works, there are no technical reasons for it not to - the only downside is that playing with a keyboard and mouse is a significant handicap, imo.

If SuperCell suddenly decided to start enforcing this part of the TOS, I would expect nothing less than full public advance notice much the way they announced their intent to crack down on botting in Summer 2019 when they gave botters 2-weeks notice ahead of enforcement. It is true, it does technically violate TOS, but SuperCell are on record saying it's not currently something they are punishing or banning people for.
